Véronique Séguin MSc, RD, CDE
Registered Dietitian Specialized in Sport Nutrition

My journey into sport nutrition began as a competitive athlete, where I experienced firsthand the transformative power of nutrition on health, wellness, and performance. Driven by this passion, I specialized in sport nutrition to help athletes reach their goals while optimizing their health, training, recovery, and performance.

I hold a BSc in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Ottawa and have over 5 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. Additionally, I earned an IOC Diploma in Sport Nutrition and an MSc with distinction in Sport Nutrition from the University of Stirling, UK.

Competitive sports and an active lifestyle are integral to my life. As a competitive swimmer for 12 years, I continue to swim Masters and have coached and instructed swimming at various levels. Beyond swimming, I enjoy running, hiking, and volleyball.

My Approach

Nutrition is NOT 'one-size-fits-all'; it is as unique as each individual sport. I believe in an 'all foods fit' approach and work with you to develop personalized fueling strategies. Whether you are an active individual, a competitive athlete, or an elite performer, I can help enhance your diet and nutrition knowledge to meet your goals. I translate nutrition research into simple, practical recommendations so that you can focus on your health and sport.

Take the first step towards optimizing your athletic performance and nutrition. Schedule a consultation today and start your journey to reaching your athletic potential!
